As we begin to plan our upgrade to Sametime 8.5.2 meeting servers, we are trying to determine if it's best to create a meeting room for each user in our enterprise (approx. 30k) by default, so that they can schedule their own meetings whenever they want to in their own meeting room and have their own url's or only allow admins to create meeting rooms for the users if and when requested? I'd like to know what others have been doing since they moved to Sametime 8.5.x meeting for this issue?
