I have my Sametime Gateway configured to allow presence and instant messaging between my own sametime community and IBM. The Integrated Solutions Console states that the gateway is connected to IBM but not of the IBM contacts are shown as online in the sametime client, even though some of them are online. Therefore I can not initiate an instant message to them as my client thinks they are offline.
Any idea what to look for to find the issue here? I have had a look through the RTCGWServer Logs and Trace but there is so much information in there I am struggling to find anything to help me fix this issue.
