I am trying to launch a Sametime Place window from a portlet in Websphere Portal Server by clicking a HREF link using Sametime Links. Upon loading the portlet, the user I use in my portlet, "tester", is logged into
Sametime and I see him on my buddy list on Sametime client as active. However, the attempt to open up a place window fails encountering a javascript error stating "WIN_PCHAT_W is undefined".
My portletView.jsp has this:

Has anyone ever run into this issue? Has anyone ever attempted to launch a place window from a portlet? Any help is appriciated.
