I have users located in Canada who are unable to enter a sametime meeting. All users have sametime accounts. Users were not able to access Sametime to participate in a New Customer Set-up training session. The link is sent to the users, users click the link and a white screen displays. Users are then unable to access the meeting. All branches in Canada are running version 1.5. Any suggestions for a fix? Is this a known issue with sametime?
