We are having issues with only our Model 8330 (Verizon Curve) not being able to connect to our Sametime Server after successfully downloading the Sametime Mobile Client from our Server. Our 8830s are not having any issue with this; just the 8330s.
Message on 8330 Screen after trying to Login:
The Sametime server could not be reached. Please check connectivity settings and try again.
Our Sametime Standard Server is running v.8.0.2 (Domino 8.0.2FP1).
Our 8830s (World Edition) our running BB Software v.220.127.116.11 and our 8330s (Curve) are running BB Software v.18.104.22.168.
We have tried everything from adding parameters to the sametime.ini file (which everytime the http is restarted on the server, the parameters go away) to reinstalling several times on the BB devices.
If anyone has any suggestions on why this works for the 8830 but, not for the 8330, we would appreciate your help.
