Hello!

New to the forum here and looking for a little assistance. (I did a quick search and could not find anything so if I missed something, please point me in the right direction)

I was recently upgraded to SameTime 9. In my role, we have many group chats. As in 30 +. In version 8.? all the participants were alphabetized. And when someone new joined the chat, it just plugged them in the list based on their name.

In Version 9, this is not the case. Everyone in the chat is all plugged in randomly. There's no reason to it at all. I have looked all over the options in Version 9 and cannot find, anywhere, an option that makes it sort alphabetically. This may not seem like a big deal, but when you have 30+ people in the chat and you're looking for a specific person, it makes it very difficult.

Can someone please shed some light on this? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thanks,
Scott
