I do routine manual maintenance on stconf and I've noticed more and more meetings making it to the top of the list that seem to have lost the date in both the StartDateTime and EndDateTime fields.

Example:
Launch Notes and click File | Database | Open on stconf.nsf,
click the View menu and Go To.. | All Meetings | OK.

From here you can see the entire meeting database with each meeting listed under its appropriate DATE header.

By right-clicking on any meeting, selecting Document Properties and clicking on the second tab you see the individual properties for the meeting.

A normal StartDateTime/EndDateTime field should look like
05/15/2008 11:45:00 AM CDT.

For some reason, it looks like some meetings have become corrupt.
The StartDateTime/EndDateTime fields lose the date and change to
11:45:00 AM CDT,
and as a result make their way to the top of the list. This top section of stconf contains no date header.

My questions:
Why are these meetings becoming corrupt?

What can cause this?

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm really wondering how many other ST admins may actually have this but not even know it.

Appreciate any info.
