iPad iOS 7.0.4, Sametime App latest version. The user connects via VPN (Junos Pulse). Whenever the App is sent to the background (say, to open email) it quickly is disconnected. There's no indication of this until he's alerted by staff (via Post-It!).
My own iPad, same versions connecting the same way, works fine. I can check email, even lock the iPad for some time, and it stays connected.
Any help appreciated!
