We have been running Sametime on one of our Domino servers for some time and now we want to enable the users in another Domino directory to use it as well. We've set up directory assistance and the user who is testing it is able to login to the webinterface of the Sametime server, but when he tries to login to using the Sametime client built into Notes 7 or 8 it fails and in the log "Authentication process not available" shows up.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
