Hello, my customer is having problem with sametime standard 8.5.1. In fact its problem of just 1 user, all other users have no problem. When she chat to sb. else empty lines are shown - in fact there is written her name only, without text she wrote. When I went trough this forum I saw some same problems but only info I get is that its happen approx. to 1 percent of users but no solution and no description why its happened. I check sametime log and I did not find any error which can cause it. Does anybody have any experience with similar problem ? Thanks in advance.
