Sorry, I didn't mention, I uninstalled the old version first.
Uninstallation deletes community-config.txt from INSTALLDIR but leaves same file to the profile.
So that don't help.
But, maybe I add a custom action to the package, which checks the file from the profile and deletes it before installing the new version..
