Hi,
One of our users has logged into sametime and see others online. But no one is able to see her online. There is no privacy settings done (for e.g she's able to see my name online but I can't - if any privacy is set, she too won't be able to see me online, I believe).
I've tried from different clients (Notes embedded, Standalone and web clients - from different machines too). She's able to initiate chat with anyone who is online and they are able to reply (but it doesn't show the Green icon in the chat window) until the chat window is closed by her. Once she closes the chat window, ST says that she is offline.
I've tried deleting the only one document for that user in stuserinfo.nsf - no joy.
Its obviously driving me nuts..I just can't understand why this is happening. It was working fine before two days and no changes were recently.
