I have a production Domino 8.5.1 Server.
I have a test Sametime 8.5 server.
Sametime is working but I am trying to enable Sametime chat logging and failing. Can anyone help?
I have set the following in the sametime.ini:
"[ST_BB_NAMES]
ST_AUTH_TOKEN=notes
ST_CHAT_LOG=file"
I have created a chatlogging.ini file in the same directory as the Sametime.ini and it reads:

I opened stconfig.nsf and edited the Chat Logging Flag to "strict" and Capture Service Type to "0x1000".
I stopped Sametime and restarted Sametime and had a chat between two different people and I see no chat logs in C:\CLData.
I tried changing the *.ini file so that the slash was the other way round - still nothing.
I guess I've missed something?
EDIT ADDED: If I reboot the Sametime Server, I see the ST Chat Logging Service start but then it stops again. Maybe a clue to something I've got wrong?
SECOND EDIT: When I try a chat now I get a message saying chat services are unavailable. If I change from strict to relax, I can chat but get no logs. I have manually created the directory I would like the logs to go into.
LAST EDIT: I now have logging working; I'm not sure why but I included the following in both *.ini files and restarted and it's working as required.
