We are seeing very unstable A/V results in our 8.5.2 IFR1 environment too. Using 8.5.3 client with 8.5.2 ifr1 embeded chat client and most of the time we are able to right click and initiate a video call or start a video call in a meeting once and then won't be able to do it again without a full client restart. Other times you try to start a call and immediately hear the disconnect sound. Only thing I am really seeing in the client trace is unspecified dial error. I only have about 3 full time testers and have no good feelings towards rolling this out to users if the servers can't handle only 3 people with consistency.
