Here is the information that I got from Jason Erickson (thanks Jason)
The short answer is yes. Basically you'll have to merge the 3 vpuserinfo.nsf contents into one. Should be as simple as copy and paste using the Notes client. The Name Conversion utility will probably have to be run as the names will need to be updated with the new "Domain" information. This also assumes that the users are all in the same directory already. Then you can cluster the all the Sametime servers together and update the stconfig.nsf to match the single Sametime domain. I don't know that there is any procedure to do this written down. That should get you pointed in the right direction though.
