Are you using a single Windows login to run it? try it if the user logs in with their own Windows account. This way as Barry says each user should have their own login and be isolated from other users.
If you can't/don't want to have users logging in with their own AD account then you could look at writing a batch file that deletes the contents of C:\Users\ben williams\AppData\Roaming\IBM\Sametime. You may need to play with the location of the directory to ensure that is the correct one to clear.
