I am new to IBM products and I'm having trouble with adding custom plugins to the Sametime silent installation. We would like to have one installation package that installs the plugins along with the sametime software instead of having each client download the plugin during the initial login. So far we have been successful with the silent install, but once we try to include the custom plugins, the install fails (towards the end "Provisioning RC")
This is what I have done so far:
#1: Added an entry for the plugin in the site.xml file
#2: Added an entry for the plugin in the install.xml file
#3: Dropped our custom .jar files in the plugin and features folders.
What am I missing? When I run the install, everything runs fine until the end (provisioning portion). I'm under the impression the the plugin_customization.ini file is only used as a post installation tool for clients to download the plugin upon the first login... Am I wrong? Please help!

UPDATE:
Checked the error logs and found that the settings for "enabling PKI based provisioning security" in the plugin_customization.ini must be edited.
Ran install again but I'm still getting an error: "feature failed with status code 42"
