Conversion to Domino LDAP authentication for Meeting Servers

Has anyone successfully done this? If so, what impact did it have on your existing meeting data that have the Domino format names in the fields? Did you have to manipulate this data in anyway? If so, what did you do? I would imagine you would have to since the names would now be in LDAP format.
If anyone has any insight on this, please let me know.
