Sametime Server Toolkit - Access not privileged

Hi

I am trying to login to the Sametime1 server as a 'server application':
m_saService.loginAsServerApp( serverName, LT_SERVER_APP, "SametimeServlet", null);

I keep getting the following error:
ST_CONNECT_NOT_PRIVILEGED
User does not have appropriate privilege level (0x8000021C).

I have already added the IP address of the machine I am running the servlet from, to the list of trusted IPs on the Sametime server in the Sametime.ini file. I am just like a normal user in that I can login normally from a standard Sametime web client.

Here is the snippet from my Sametime.ini file:

VPMX_CAPACITY=20000

I am just like a normal user in that I can login successfully from the standard Sametime client.

Could someone please help me in successfully logging in to the server?

I would really appreciate some help!
Thank You!

Regards, MHB
