Problem with INS key

Sametime Connect 3.0 Windows NT/2000
Hi,all
May be anyone met such problem? On my computer I have Sametime ver. 3.0 and additional program (vocabulary). This program (vocabulary) use the combination of keys - CTRL+INS+INS for "fast translation" function. But if I have launched the "Sametime Connect", this combination does not work. If I switch off the Sametime, this combination start to work properly, without computer reloading. I know that Sametime utilize key "INS" for the purpose of creating new Group. May be this opportunity influence other programs. I have noticed, that such situation meet on all computers in our organization where Sametime installed.
