Has anyone here encountered a problem where a bunch of FFDC text files populate and are saved in their respective MyDocs folder?

The text file contains the following:

We've had another user who complained of the said problem and was somehow fixed when her Notes client was upgraded to 852 and Java was reinstalled. This second user, however, is already in 852.

Appreciate any inputs.
