Authentication process not available

Sametime Connect 3.0 Windows NT/2000
All other users are not problem but me.
When I logon, it always display 'connecting...'.
I had not problem before lunch yesterday.
I checked stlog.nsf, I got a lots of Failed login. It said 'Authentication process not available'. I couldn't find any clue.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
