ST 8.5.1 -- No A/V option in Meetings

Hi everyone,

Just did an 8.5.1 install with the media manager and meeting server but for some reason when I start a meeting I don't have to option to provide voice/video (ie: webcam). Is there something I've missed?

To add I get this message when I sign on with the client:

I've done some reading and my machine is on the same network via VPN.
