I have double-checked the docs and cannot seem to resolve this issue.
Yahoo users can see our ST users online but we cannot see their status. The only way we can IM them is to reply to their inbound IM. I saw a post that said to reboot RTC... no help there. Anybody else experienced and resolved this?
