Cannot connect to the Sametime Advanced host server

Platform: Windows

I have installed Sametime Advanced 8.5.1 and I'm getting this error under Broadcast Communities and ChatRooms on the client side.

Cannot connect to the Sametime Advanced host server.

Please let me know if you have been working with this issue before.
