I've received responses from users on the return key, sending the message instead of a new line. "Can you do a line feed in the application? Every time I press the enter key the message ends up being sent rather than doing a line feed. I tried using control enter and that gives a line feed but it shifts the subsequent text all the way to the left of the window rather than remaining indented."
