Hi !

When looking on the Sametime "All Meeting" page you usually get a "Attend" button behind those meetings that you can attend.

The same is the case on the Meeting Information Page where you get a "Attend the Meeting" button for the actual meeting.

In my experience these "Attend" buttons only appear some minutes before the meeting is started. Is there any way to configure the Sametime server (by changing java scripts, parameters or in other ways) so that the meeting becomes active (an the "Attend" buttons becomes visible well in advance of the actual starting time ?

In some cases the pesenter wants to log on some time in advance to prepare the meeting room, presentations etc. before the participants starts to arrive.

Regards
Bernt
