Hi,
Users try to login to sametime IM and the status bar just shows "connecting...". It never shows an error or times out.
At least 2 users are now affected. For one user the problem started 4 weeks ago, for the other it started 2 weeks ago.
This happens no matter what PC they use to login... so I've ruled out any client-side issues. Server side config in person doc is all fine. Where else can I look?
