During an incident it is not unusual for me to have 20 chat windows open with some being group chats and some 1:1.
Is there any way to name those chat sessions so that I can remember what one is for what topic?
Also is there any way for someone to invite themselves to a group chat? Maybe we can send a url to a notes group and say click here when you want to join... This would also eliminate the need for wasting 5 minutes at the start of every telephone call listing who is present.
