I have an instance of ST installed on Windows 2000 Server. We're having the problem were often times anonymous users will get the error, "Temporarily unable to verify logon. Please try again later". It looks like whenever this error comes up the following error will show up in the Windows event viewer: "The ST Users service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this X time(2)."
Does anyone know what might be happening? I looked through all the ST logs I could find and didn't seem to see anything in any of them that would give me any clues.
