Hi,
I am hoping someone can answer a few questions for me regarding launching Scheduled Meetings on all our Community servers instead of only the single server it currently does...
Our environment is this... We have 2 Internal Sametime 8.0.1 Standard servers (Clustered) and 1 External DMZ Server (Standard 8.0.2).
When scheduling a meeting from the Meeting server(s) all works great, we have the setting to launch any meeting created on all 3 servers, and all works as intended...
Our issue is that when booking a ST Meeting from our Notes (V 7.x & 8.x) Client Calendars the meeting only appears on 1 of the servers and nothing happens on the others...
Is there any setting we can have that will force a meeting booked via Notes Calendars to start on all 3 servers? If no setting is there any other way of achieving our goal? How about putting Replica copies of the stcs.nsf (or other db's) on all 3 servers so the info replicates between the 3? Would that work??
Additionally, we also have a setting on all 3 ST servers that forces a Meeting password to be set, can anyone tell me how we can also force a password to be set when booking via the Notes Calendar?
