After installing and trying out the new IBM Sametime Video Chat plugin for Connections, you may see an error message indicating that the file "serviceProvider.json" is not found.
This file should have been included by default, but was mistakingly left out of the install. We are working to correct this issue. In the meantime, you can simply create a text file at the following location on your Sametime Meeting server:
".../IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/<profile_name>/installedApps/<cell_name>
/Sametime Meeting Server.ear/stmeetings.webclient.war/serviceProvider.json"
And put the following contents in the file:
