we're currently using multiple sametime 2 servers. i know for a fact that if server A is specified in the client but server B is specified in the person document, the connection will be redirected to server B from server A.
my question is this, upon connection to server B, will the client be already connected DIRECTLY to server B or is this connection done THROUGH server A?
put another way, if server A goes down (for some reasons), will the connection to the sametime service be disrupted?
is there any document that explains this in detail? the st2 administrator's guide only deals with this in passing.
