We did, and had to replace the StBrowse.dll.
Look at this file under *:\lotus\domino directory, and compare the file to STBrowseNotes.dll in the Lotus\Domino\DirectoryBB\notes directory. If they are different, replace the STbrowse.dll with StbrowseNotes.dll, restart Domino.
That did the trick for us. Are you in a clustered environment with multiple ST servers? If so, that is probably why only some users experience the issue, and others do not. So you will have to figure out which server is problematic and perform the above steps on that server (assuming you are in a cluster)
