Usability Issues 8.5.1 Windows

Hi,

I have two diff sametime user ids (say Userid-A and Userid-B) of two diff corporate company (say A & B) sametime servers. When I am adding Server A as "server community" with Userid-A on the sametime chat client along with Userid-B on the laptop provided by company-B (laptop-B), I am getting following error pops up multiple times. If I remove the userid-A from laptop-B, then the error disappears.

Both the userids are on corporate network. However, the Userid-A can be accessed from any laptop/system/phone having internet access & the sametime client installled. However, userid-B is not accessible unless in corporate network / VPN.

From company-A desktop systems which have the connectivity to company-B network, the default server community is server-A and when the I add userid-B on that desktop, it works fine without any pop-up issue.

I tried to set server-A as default server community on the laptop-B but the error still pops up.

Both "server community port" are on 1533.

Any feedback on how to address this error would be appreciated.
