Hopefully this will be my last sametime question, since it seems like our system is up and running.
The URL to the our webcliet looks like this.
http://sametime.xyz.com:9081/stwebclient/index.jsp
I can access this from home, I have a friend who can access this from her place of employment and I can access it inside my office. My problem is, the client I am trying to get logged can't get to this url. They get the standard "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" error.
My question is could this be a firewall issue? Such as, is the clients firewall blocking her from accessing sites that use the 9081 port?
If thats the case is there a work around without having the client update their firewall settings?
Is there a way I can make this run on 80? This server is used for nothing else but sametime.
Sorry for the questions, just learning and trying to get a grasp of whats causing the clients issues.
