Ben H Williams 30.Jul.08 03:51 AM a Web browser
Sametime Standard 7.5.1 CF1 Windows

Hi There,

I need to understand how when a meeting is scheduled on ServerA does the same meeting appear on ServerB and ServerC bearing in mind that stconf is not replicated to all the servers and I was hoping someone out there could assist?

I have a multi-Sametime server environment using the invited servers model.

I have an issue when meetings are created using the Lotus Web Conferencing portlet. If a meeting is scheduled by logging into stcenter via a web browser all is good, the problem appears when the portlet directs you to one of the three servers (via load balancer), it creates the meeting but the meeting is not scheduled on the other two ST servers.

There are some differences in the documents created in stconf when the portlet creates a meeting and a meeting is created using a web browser but it's not obvious whether any of the differences are the reason I am seeing this behaviour.

Hope someone can help shed some light.

Ben
