At the weekend my AVP customer tried to upgrade their Sametime server. However we had to roll back because it turns out the Notes 7 integrated IM client that we still have a few of, will not work with the 8.5.2 server. Prior to the upgrade they checked the system requirements page and there was no mention of this in there. They have since found a statement buried somewhere else in the documentation, but that was after the weekend's efforts.
Please can I put a request in on behanf of the Customer that IBM update the systems requirements page to clearly include this info - and while they are about it please can they split it up into server requirements and client requirements, eg. community server requirements, meeting server requirements, gateway server requirements, connect client requirements, meeting room client requirements etc
