Hello All,
We are evaluating Sametime SUT Lite.
We created 1 rule to allows our Sametime client to reach Cisco SIP Phone(Cisco Out) and we created 1 rule to allow Cisco SIp Phone to Reach Sametime Client (Cisco in).
So our users are now able to call Cisco Phone and our Cisco Phone are able to call Sametime Client.
I will like our Sametime users being able to call each other using their SIP Phone Extension as well as the Call to Computer they already used.
I can't figure out the rule I need to add to allow this. If there is no rule to handle that, then the Sip call is send directly to the Sametime client which in turn answer with "SIP/2.0 603 Decline". By looking out for an answer for this, we found this URL that explain:
http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/stwiki.nsf/dx/Troubleshooting_Sametime_Unified_Telephony_Lite
603 error on incoming call
"This error can occur if a call bypasses the Conference Focus. An inbound SIP Trunk route must be configured to terminate at the Conference Focus. If the route is terminating to the SIP Proxy/Registrar, then it will forward the request directly to the client and this is not allowed.
Check the incoming route and make sure it's terminates at the Conference Focus."
If I tried to create a route that handle these Phone extension, then it looks like we create a looping condition and the Call is never transferred to the Sametime client.
Please let me know what kind of rule I need to create?
Actually, our extension in Sametime begin by 45XX.
our conference focus listen on port 5067 and our SIP Registrar listen on port 5080.
