Pam Assivero 21.Apr.12 04:21 PM a Web browser
Sametime Standard 8.5.2 IFR1 Windows

I've just upgraded our Sametime server to 8.5.2IFR1 on ND8.5.3FP1. All testing worked fine. I can join a meeting in a browser on my laptop (winXP) and from another user's desktop (also WinXP) using IE8. For some reason, on my own desktop which runs 64bit WinXP and also a VM which is 32bit WInXP I can't join a meeting and it hangs at "Joining Meeting" even in the Test My Browser option.

This is what shows up in the Java Console.

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_31
Using JRE version 1.6.0_31-b05 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Documents and Settings\pama.CPA-INT

c: clear console window

l: dump classloader list
m: print memory usage
o: trigger logging
q: hide console

s: dump system and deployment properties
t: dump thread list
v: dump thread stack
x: clear classloader cache
0-5: set trace level to <n>

I need to figure out the issue in case other users have the same problem.
