After speaking with IBM and finding out since we use the Standard 8.5 client, and not basic, we can not force by policy the saving a chat transcripts locally to the client. The server logging is working but is an archaic .dat. Other then IMtegrity, is there any other solution out there to storing these transcripts usefully?
