I am in the process of testing Avaya AES Sametime integration for click to call functionality and working in my test environment. With IBM Sametime 8.0.2 client (both embedded and standalone), I can see the telephony presence icons next to Sametime presence icons and I can see their status getting changed (while on call).
However, I am not able to see these telephony icons in sametime 8.5.1 or 8.5.2 Standalone/Embedded clients. The click to call functionality still works but the icons are missing.
I am running SAMETIME8.5.1_20100712.1117.
I can ensure that both Extended Status and Telephony Status plugins are present in the both embedded and standalone clients.
Any help on getting these icons in the client will be greatly appreciated.
NOTE: I only have a Sametime community server in my current test setup.
