We regularly hold Sametime 3.1 sessions with external clients. I know... we should upgrade to 7.5. :-)
Occassionally, a Client cannot get into the Meeting Room. They have downloaded the ActiveX Control and Applet and allowed Pop-Ups. They have entered what they want to be called in the meeting, and when they enter the Meeting Password, they and we get thrown out of the meeting with the message "Sametime Disconnected". At our end, we see a message that says "Unable to Access Sametime. Please try again later".
The Sametime server seems to fall over, then restarts and we can resume using it.
It appears to be a proxy server issue, but we haven't been able to resolve it for one client. Any help would be appreciated.
