RE: After IFR1 upgrade ###Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found
orhan coskun 27.Jan.12 04:29 AM a Web browser
Sametime Standard 8.5.2 IFR1 Windows

Hi,

Finally I found the reason of the problem:

The content of the folders "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\coskun004STMPNProfile1\installedApps\COSKUN39ADSSCCell\Sametime Meeting Server.ear" and "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\coskun004STMPNProfile1\installedApps\COSKUN0039ADSSCCell\Sametime Meeting Server.ear\stmeetings.webclient.war" were partially removed.

I could compare with another 8.5.2 environment without IFR1.

Resolution:

1st part:
In Windows Explorer navigate to the directory "D:\IBM\WebSphere\STMServerPN\console"
Open the file "console.properties" with Wordpad
Enter the password of "wasadmin" user in "SSCPassword=" field
Save and close the file
Open the file "productConfig.properties" with Wordpad
Enter "wasadmin" password in the "WASPassword=" field
Enter "db2admin" password in the "DBAppPassword=" field
Check the lines under "IsFederated=true"
Remaining fields may not be separated by a proper CR character
Check the values of these fields
Save and close the file
Open a cmd Window, navigate to the folder "D:\IBM\WebSphere\STMServerPN\console"
Run the command "registerProduct.bat -upgrade"
You should see at the end the message "The upgrade process has completed successfully"

2nd part:
In Windows Explorer navigate to the directory D:\IBM\WebSphere\STMServerPN\ConfigEngine
Open the file "wkplc.properties"
Set credentials WasUserid and WasPassword
Save and close the file
Open a cmd Window, navigate to the folder D:\IBM\WebSphere\STMServerPN\ConfigEngine
Run the command "ConfigEngine.bat action-update-ear1-meeting"
The folder "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\coskun004STMPNProfile1\installedApps\COSKUN0039ADSSCCell\Sametime Meeting Server.ear" should have been totally removed
Restart the Server
Open a cmd Window, navigate to the folder D:\IBM\WebSphere\STMServerPN\ConfigEngine
Run again the command "ConfigEngine.bat action-update-ear1-meeting"
The folder "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\coskun004STMPNProfile1\installedApps\COSKUN0039ADSSCCell\Sametime Meeting Server.ear" should have been properly rebuilt

3rd part:
Logon to the SSC and check Servers status + ports configuration of servers (in my case the port used by one WAS Proxy was changed from 80 to 81 - I had to update it)
