Sametime Connect Client 8.5.2 Windows
I just discovered that I cannot call/videocall anybody via my Sametime Connect 8.5.2 client.
Until now, I could !
When I go into the preferences panel, the Voice and Video tab is empty (I just have "My IP call information is xxxxx").
When I go in service providers, I only have the Calls combobox (set on Polycom Conference Service), but I don't have the Video combobox anymore !
I tried to uninstall & clear the directories twice, but still got the problem.
What can I do ?
