Hi ,
For past two weeks I have been having this issue in my workstation and few users reported the same.We cannot receive chats initiated by users but can respond to them .We can initiate chats with no issues.I tried using my Sametime 8.0.2 client and Lotus Notes integrated IM client .However this is not a issue for the other users.
Please advise if you have run in to this issue before.
