When I attempt to create a new online meeting, the options on the "Tools" tab shows the following:

Select the tools to have available in the meeting
0 Audio None
------------------------------------------------------------
And nothing else. Is there a service that needs to be restarted? Where can I start troubleshooting? Do I need to restart (power down/power up) the entire box? This is happening for all users who try to start a new meeting.
