I would like to edit the sametime Privacy Lists... but this option is greyed out. Searching through forum I saw it might depend on which version of Sametime you are running if this is available. How do I tell what version I am running? If I go to help and about on client it IBM Lotus Notes 8.5, Release 8.5 Revision 20081211.1925(Release 8.5), Standard Configuration.
Since it is Standard Configuration am I running Standard?
What do I need to do to see what version I am running and what will it take to allow me to edit the Privacy List?
Is the something on the server document I have to change?
I have also noticed a few other features are greyed out like start a meeting, send file, send announcement. Is this for the same reason Privacy List is greyed out or is that something else.
Please help me get Privacy Lists where I can edit it. Thanks.
