Hello!
A customer have this problem. Every time there is a calendar entry there will be a popup with the information about the meeting like there actually would be a real Sametime meeting (with Join and Close buttons). Even if there is no meeting in the calendar entry.
Server:
Sametime Standard impelemntation 8.5.2IFR1 with Meeting, Proxy, Media etc

Found setting "meetings.showMeetingAlert=false". Trying this out now.
