We have upgraded to the latest release of Sametime Community server. Unfortunately since then we are experiencing outages of the buddylist and presence information. These are 2-3seconds spikes, which for the users looks like they were disconnected, although they are not.
Sametime log and GSX Monitor confirm a pattern. Every time the mentioned spike happens, GSX Monitor measures access time to sametime of 4000ms+
Secondly in the log you find these log entries
I STPresenceSubscriptions 11/Aug/10, 12:28:27 , Terminated by the Shutdown Manager.
